Aerial Yoga With Ali

I have taken aerial yoga classes in the past and have always not end up enjoying it as much because where they focus on achieving on difficult poses. They take the fun and distressing elements of yoga out of it. I have done few classes now with Ali and am totally hooked. She makes it a lot of fun along with it keeping the spiritual element of yoga alive. She checks everyone's alignments and adjust them accordingly. Trust me when I say this you get that happy feeling at the end of the class, time and money well spent. I highly recommend Ali's Aerial yoga class you won't be disappointed and she offers for all levels.

My aerial yoga class is one of the highlights of my week. The poses are surprisingly accessible (you don't need to be super bendy), progressing to nicely challenging. Ali is a brilliant teacher: patient, encouraging, and fun. I highly recommend any of her classes for anyone, but especially everyone who once dreamed of running away to join the circus.
