Fantastic experience working with Emily at Black Wheel Media. I contacted Emily with a new project requiring both video and photographic content in order to create an online video-based course and supporting documents. The whole process felt highly professional and collaborative from start to finish. Emily went to great lengths to ensure everything was absolutely to my requirements and was extremely patient with my numerous requests and questions along the way. I felt the project was in safe hands throughout. I am absolutely delighted with the finished product. Couldn't be happier. I wasnt sure what to expect when booking Blackwheel media. However from first contact they put my mind at ease with good communication and insightful ideas. Very professional on the day of the event, I barely knew they were there, Which was great as I could concentrate on what needed to be done! Highly recommend and would use them again!

I got in touch with Emily for a project that involved creating a video including a collection of my products. From start to finish I cant express how impressed I was with the level of professionalism, detail, communication and overall customer service. I had never done anything like this before and Emily went out of her way to make every step of the project as easy as possible. During it all I made a few changes to the video (absolutely no fault of Emilys) and I was always greeted with a friendly, patient and professional service. I was delighted with the final video, it was everything I wanted and more, at an exceptionally reasonable price. I highly recommend Black Wheel Media and I will be returning for more videos in the future.
