TERRIBLE customer service from management! Most companies would have handled the situation totally different to this company. They were 40% more than competitors too which I learnt. Choose alternative taxi companies is my only advice! I dont ever write reviews but this was definitely warranted!

Jokers! Making up prices as they fancy! 20 increase in 1.5weeks! Booked a taxi for our daughter around 1.5 weeks ago when we were unable to collect her from school due to a car issue. Was collected from school and dropped to our own taxi office in a different town. For 25. Called for the same journey today to be told minimum 45!!!! I explained we had already done the same journey to be told no chance and basically called a liar. That we also have a taxi business to be told they had increased their prices. 20 increase really. No wonder Uber are thriving!

Taxis are fine but though they offer the opportunity to pre-book it is totally unreliable. I called at the time the taxi was due arrive only to be told that it would be another 15-20 minutes since drivers were busy. Which would have been fine had I not booked with over an hour notice. They had made no effort to let me know about it (allowing to arrange alternative transportation). No apology, apparently I should have known that pre-booking for a given hour didn't mean I would have a taxi then.
