Fantastic service in this shop. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. They spent time talking with me, and later my mum, about particular concerns and gave excellent advice. They selected products that worked perfectly. A huge thank you!

My mother had a terrible experience at this store when she arrived for an allergy test. Despite paying the deposit after booking, she was treated with hostility by the owner, who questioned her integrity, and challenged her upon arrival as though she was being deceitful about booking an appointment. Terrible customer service, and business acumen - I suggest that, in addition to speaking to people with more consideration, the owner finds a better way to record telephone appointments to avoid reviews like this.
