Harpenden City Council and could not be more grateful for the suggestion.
The flat is very conveniently located in the centre of a town hiding some beautiful little known treasures (e.g. Rothamsted park) not mentioning the surroundings and the vicinity to London.
The apartment is full of light and very comfortable.
Some nice fruit on the table or the fresh flowers in a vase when you arrive remind you that you are more a guest than a customer for the friendly owners Sarah and John.
