Really lovely little cafe! Was surprised to find out they have a rich food menu as well! Staff is friendly and the drinks are delicious!

Wonderful little place, its a joy to have The Goode Kitchen locally. The people are superb and it became one of my go-to coffee places during lockdown - the flat whites are in a different league and you won't find better coffee in Southdown. Since restrictions eased I've had a couple of full English breakfasts there and a Hunters Chicken ciabatta which have all been brilliant. Pity I didn't get photos before piling in to eat them!

Not Sure. I use to be a regular at Jays for many years and realised the recent changeover twice of two hands Sebs Kitchen & now Goode Kitchen in space of under a year. On my recent visit to Goode kitchen last week I am not sure if this place will last or go like Sebs Kitchen. It was empty when I went only two customers and thats also walking past the garden from my visit from local pub. There was no atmosphere but this has been the general sadness due to covid taking over. I was happy they still serve Tiki Tonga coffee but my takeaway flat white was too hot and no latte art as I always use to have it -and sadly the coffee tasted bitter and I was already in my car and was too late to get a refund. I hope during these tough times business like these realise its not smooth sailing and in order to stay open for longevity they need quality not quantity. I will try the food next time.
