Nonnos Pizza (Harpenden)

Food is fresh and delicious even ordered in delivery. Authentic oven-baked pizza. Not many tables for dining-in, a few tables outdoor. The staff is super friendly.

Not one for leaving a review but received fantastic customer service from the Harpenden branch for a recent order. We have always really enjoyed the pizzas from Nonnos, best in Harpenden in our opinion. We do tend to order our delivery/collections from third party delivery services but will no longer after this recent issue; ordered from the Harpenden branch on Just Eat, said on the app it was at St Albans one and got a call from the Wheathampstead one, with our order being ready to collect there. Clearly Just Eats service is flawed. However when I arrived at the Harpenden branch, after being on the phone to a rep from St Albans saying they have no record of my order, they made my order from scratch and extremely quickly too. Stopping us from spending the whole evening driving around trying to locate our pizzas, no thanks to Just Eat. From what I can tell most people who have left bad reviews here have ordered from third party services. Ill be scrapping the middle man from now on and will order direct. A much better service. Would definitely recommend.
