Not only are Soraya's classes fun and energetic, they are also so beneficial. Due to the small size of the class she is able to watch everyone and correct your technique and form to ensure you minimise injury and maximise results. The exercises are creative and there are always optional adjustments depending on injuries or if you want make it more difficult. This means the classes are great for all levels. The best part of the classes is that there is only positive encouragement and everyone is working within their ability. Would recommend!

Great, fun group and 1-1 PT sessions. Soraya is brilliant at tailoring the classes for each person. I always end feeling great (and usually very sweaty)!

Soraya's classes always cater for each individual and you can't get away with cheating, even on video! She's a great mentor, knowing when to push you and when to modify.

I've put 5 stars because I could not put more I have followed Sorayas online classes (both 1:1 and group classes) and absolutely loved them. Soraya is passionate, motivating, kind and wants to get the best out of you. She always makes sure the exercise is suited to your level, giving alternatives and making you feel comfortable to follow the pace that is right for you. She makes you want to push yourself, doing the moves correctly and taking care of your body. The 1:1 classes are made to measure and completely adapted to what I was looking for. Shes authentic and understand people which is key for a good coach. 100% recommend this!
