    Having Paul train me has been so much more effective than my gym membership. He is professional; he's dedicated; he's organised; he's motivating; sometimes he's even funny! He will listen carefully to you, your aims and priorities and devise a continually changing and challenging programme. And his approach works - I noticed real body changes within 4 weeks.

    Having decided I had to do more than the occasional cycle, as I wasn't getting any fitter or smaller, I started training with Paul. Not having had a Personal Trainer before I was still slightly anxious before I started training as to what I'd be expected to do and where I'd be expected to do it! But it couldn't have been a better experience. Paul has a professional and comprehensive gym at his family home with more than enough equipment. He's qualified, extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and highly supportive and I have already seen a big difference in my shape in the six short weeks that I have been training with him. My training is targeted, intensive and, most importantly timed to fit in with my schedule. Paul is also helping/educating me with regards to my diet and specifics around what to eat and when, which has helped massively. I'm now looking forward to the next six weeks and the progress that we'll make in that timeframe. Can't recommend him enough.
