Finally Ive found the personal trainer Ive been looking for! Following a long break from exercising, I was unfit with a lot of joint pain before I started with Calum. Im now rapidly getting back to my previous levels of fitness, and thoroughly enjoying the journey so far. I would highly recommend working with Calum!

Really great HIIT classes. A perfect mixture of exercises, in the fresh air, a very friendly group and Calum keeps us on our toes! Would highly recommend.

I have been training with Calum for a few months and cant recommend him enough. The combination of HIIT and strength training is so effective and he has given me tips to improve my running too. All the workouts are tailored to my ability and he is motivational without being pushy. Beautiful garden too!
