Since Working with Amy , I have started to see the benefit of the tailored training she provides , she pushes you outside your comfort zone and always strives to see progress . The work outs are hard but fair and you always leave the session feeling like you have had a good work out , I like the variety of exercises and never knowing what she has planned . Always delivered with a smile and wanting you to come back for more .
