Ross is an excellent personal trainer. He's never too pushy, but at the same time I am seeing real improvements and, even after four months, I continue to look forward to every session. He is always on time, and the sessions maximise what we want to work on. Ross is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he has given me lots of great advice for exercises I can do on my own or at the gym between our sessions. I was a bit dubious about going to a personal trainer, but I have progressed so much more than if I had just plugged away in the local gym. Highly recommended, give Ross a go!

I never had a PT before meeting Ross so was extremely nervous and apprehensive about it, but Ross made me feel comfortable and clearly communicated a plan of action which made me feel more at ease. Knowing what to expect in advance allowed me to mentally prepare for my sessions which I had 3 times a week. 5 months on I've gone down 2-3 dress sizes which I never imagined possible as I didn't even achieve that for my wedding!! (Should have enlisted Ross' help then) I'm now a size 10 and have got my confidence back :) Ross is thorough and professional and his response time is impressive! No matter what time of day I contacted him, he always replied promptly (which I found to be super helpful and encouraging especially when I struggled to stick to the nutrition plan in the early days). It's been 100% worth the money and the effort... I decided to be brave and show 2 results pictures :)

Ive been training with Ross for almost a year now and being 50+ I was somewhat worried to restart a regular fitness program. I shouldn't have worried. Ross is great at tailoring the programs to your personal needs and he has great advice for diet and additional exercise on off days! He is great to chat to during sessions and the results speak for themselves. I am much leaner and fitter than I have been in years. The fact that I am still going regular is something that would never have happened if Id just joined a gym!

I started training with Ross 8 months ago. I always struggled to motivate and push myself at the gym. Rosss support and encouragement has helped massively with my confidence and pushed me beyond my limits. Hes nutritional advice is essential too in my weight loss. I cant recommend him enough.
