The Osteo Practice

After flaring with arthritis for 5 years, I struggled to find the help I needed through the NHS. I was recommended The Osteo Practice by somebody else that had suffered with auto-immune conditions and they couldn't have spoken more highly of Matt's services. After seeing him for over a year, now I can too! Flawless through out, he's given me constant advice to strengthen my joints but not only that! He's referred me to BETTER specialist doctors at a more specialist hospital that are now actually bettering my situation whether before I was just getting worse. If it wasn't for his direction, I wouldn't be on the mend - I'm very grateful to have begun to find relief and it wouldn't have been without Matt's help. Easiest 5* review of my life!

Jake has helped me through a number of injuries over the last few years, getting me pain free and moving better, allowing me to continue doing the things I love. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and does a great job at communicating a treatment plan thats easy to understand and carry out. His personable and supportive approach also really makes a difference when youre struggling and in pain! I highly recommend to anyone.

contacted this practice after having a trapped nerve in my shoulder. I was able to be booked in quicker than anywhere else and matt was great. Talked through the cause and prevention and my trapped nerve was better after just one visit. Matt is friendly, holistic and trustworthy. would 100% recommend to everyone

Matt is amazing and I cant recommend him highly enough. His clinical instinct is absolutely spot on, he is really knowledgeable. He has taken me from being in a lot of pain, diagnosed my fracture correctly, was so kind and supportive and helped rehab me back to full strength. He really understands the needs of people who do a lot of sport / gym and takes a practical approach rather than just saying rest and do nothing!
