Unfortunately after 25 sessions this had no effect at all. The pain actually increased more after about the15th session.

I visited this clinic for IDD therapy in June 2020. I had been suffering from sciatica caused by a disc herniation L4-5 for over a year. On the initial consultation, Julian the Osteopath reviewed my MRI scan, MRI report and performed an assessment of my movement. I was advised the clinic has treated and recovered many patients suffering from disc herniations. But there was no guarantee I would have recovery as each individual case is different. To start the treatment I had to pay for a bloc of 10 sessions costing 70 each. So a total of 700 payment before any treatment. The 10 sessions would be spread over 3 weeks. How IDD therapy works; Lay on a bed with a harness around the pelvis, attached to the harness is the IDD machine which pulls slowly on the harness to try and create space within the spine for the herniated disc to fall back into place. After 10 sessions of IDD therapy, the results were no different compared to physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment.
