Absolutely fantastic for fussy eaters and children with ARFID. I honestly thought my daughter would be the one kid who wouldn't try anything new, but she absolutely did! She formed a great bond with one of the therapists in particular, who really understood how best to work with her. We've learnt a lot and will continue to use these techniques to hopefully build on their great work.

We have just finished the 11 week food school group sessions with Jacqeline, Jane and Clare and we have learnt so much not only about our daughters' issues with food but also about ourselves! Our 4-year-old daughter has a very beige and selective diet and after a long time of hearing its just a phase we decided it was time to get some support to learn more. As parents you can feel isolated with a selective eater and being part of the groups on Saturday mornings with other parents experiencing the same challenges removed a lot of stress from us to fix things and just take a step back and observe. It became clear there are some sensory issues with our daughter but also our anxiety around making sure she eats food was not helping at all. We have learned to have more fun with food, involve her in touching food more through involving her with meal prep and we have adjusted our communication around mealtimes. This is not a quick fix however the groups allow you to spend quality time exploring with your child, learning about them and getting some vital tools to help your child become more comfortable with food. We are all less stressed with mealtimes and understand each other more. This course is absolutely vital to support children and their parent with eating challenges. Our daughter had fun every week and looked forward to attending getting more and more comfortable very week with the various foods to play with and explore. This course is invaluable, and we cannot thank you all enough for all the support. We will miss Saturday mornings with you guys!

The team were fantastic and so helpful. I would highly recommend ! They are able to make great progress with the children, even when you think all hope is lost. They also reduce the stress that the parents are feeling and you able to leave with the tools your need. 5 stars

My son was not eating any fruits and vegetables because of the texture he didnt like and with Jacquelines help after 3 sessions he now eats veggies if I bake then crispy in the oven and dried fruit which have also nutritional value. She has so many great tips its really been life changing for us!

Our 8 year old son has had a very restricted diet for the last 5 or so years. He was underweight and stuck in a rut. Even he was bored with his food. I had been following Jaqueline for years on Facebook and decided to take the plunge with zoom sessions as we live too far away to join her group sessions. The range of foods Rafe has tried in the 10 weeks has been astounding. We have several new meal options including pasta with sauce (even likes a bolognaise sauce including onion and carrot but with meatballs instead of mince),our first proper shared family meal. He doesnt love or like all the foods he has tried but more importantly he has increased his confidence to try new foods which is brilliant. We have added many new foods and healthier snacks. Thank you Jaqueline for giving our son the confidence and us, as his parents some new skills in how to best support and encourage him.
