Not tolerant of children with additional needs. My 3 yr old is speech delayed, after only 2 days of settling in they used Covid as an excuse not to have him back in, an excuse which quickly transpired to be false and full of discrepancies. Furthermore they accused me of withholding information about his speech delay when I first made contact and tried to insinuate I somehow left them to scramble last minute with not enough time to prepare. An outrageous and worrisome accusation because that info is irrelevant at initial point of contact. Either there is a space or there isn't. They asked for deposit before they even asked us what his name was, let alone any other personal information! I suspect that had I immediately disclosed his speech issues we would have been refused in the first instance. Shame because they were wonderful with my eldest boy a couple years ago.
