Would highly recommend to anyone needing financial services!! Stephen and Chris handled my first time buyer mortgage and I couldnt be any happier. A mortgage that looked Simple at the start but turned out to be a lot more complicated than originally thought. They ran me through every single step of the process and always double checked I was happy with every detail. They were responsive and very polite. With all the time and effort they put in I have a huge smile on my face and a mortgage that fits my needs. I cannot thank Rothemsted Financial Services enough for the work they have done for me. The level of service I received from Steve at Rothamsted Financial was genuinely outstanding. No matter the time of day, evening or weekend, Steve was on hand, entirely on the ball from start to finish and successfully navigated a very complex and unusual mortgage scenario, against the odds, and with a calm, confident momentum that you only get from real experts. Aside from a deep knowledge of the intricacies of mortgage lending, Steve has a way of explaining complicated concepts in a way that makes them feel a lot simpler. He is also very patient and has the kind of bedside manner that you really need when applying for mortgages!
