Avoid using this company! We had new carpet fitted with them on two separate occasions. When the first carpet was fitted, newly painted walls were ruined with dirty hand prints and blood. For our second fitting, we arranged a date and time for the fitters to come and they never arrived. We had to call relentlessly to get a response from anyone. In the end someone came to fit the carpet the following day at 8pm at night after chasing the issue multiple times. When they attempted to fit the carpet they discovered it hadnt been stored properly and it was mouldy so had to be taken away. We were really frustrated and disappointed by this as we had already paid over 1000 for the fitting of our carpets. Again we had to chase to arrange for them to bring new carpet to refit. The worst part of the whole experience was that nobody apologised at any point for this appalling customer service. I never leave bad reviews (especially for small, local businesses), but felt like it was needed here to warn people that some of the reviews on Google do not reflect what current customer service is like.

Update25.03.2023 Finally a call from Jason, blaming poor fitters for our issue not being resolved. Promised a call next day to arrange a fitter to come and look at the problem. And AGAIN NO CALL!!! This is beyond ridiculous Update 23.03.2023 Another promised appointment, another let down 19.03.2023 - several cancellations we did eventually get our carpets fitted, however after calling with a complaint that our stair runner has not been fitted correctly we have been ignored and let down. If you use this company cross your fingers a follow up is not required. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We are still waiting after 4 weeks and two promised visits and now Jason or the shop will not take our calls.

Jason at Herts carpets was very helpful in supplying carpet samples and advice on the carpet I had in mind. Fitting was within 2 weeks and Chris communicated well to inform me of a date for fitting. Scott was an excellent carpet fitter and very pleasant and professional. The carpets are amazing and just what I was looking for. Thank you.
