I would like to say thank you so much to Dr Sheetal Purohit and the receptionist Sharon for all of their help recently. I came to the surgery a couple of weeks ago and both Dr Sheetal and Sharon have been very kind and helpful towards me. Both spent plenty of time with me and truly helped me. I felt very grateful for the help they gave me and I feel much better now. Thank you for your care and kindness.

Urgent calls result in lengthy conversations with robots, being placed in queues where nobody picks up or does pick up only to immediately hang up. Not fit for purpose. Update: receptionists have become so vile at this so called surgery that they hang up on patients.

~Very rude receptionists and long waits~ Post-COVID its really difficult to get an appointment. I once filled out the online form and only heard back a week later, once Id already sought other means to be treated. It is written on the website that youll hear back in 2 days but thats rarely the case. Recently, they cancelled my appointment last minute without rescheduling. As a result, I ran out of my medication which should not be abruptly discontinued. The receptionist was condescending and self-righteous, insisting that I did not need an emergency appointment or urgent prescription. She apparently knows more about my condition than I do, and refused to even ask a doctor for a prescription to tide me over until my next appointment - which hopefully wouldnt be cancelled last-minute like my initial one. I work as a doctor, so her efforts to patronise me were futile. In the end, I registered with another GP on the same day, who obviously disagreed with their handling of my case. They said that the receptionist had helped the practice violate their duty of care and my new practice issued me with my medication on the same day I registered, noting the urgency.
