We use this venue for a variety of water company events where we are engaging with local farmers and other stakeholders. Its the perfect venue for us, convenient to get to but in the countryside. Facilities are good and catering is home made and local. Can see this venue being useful for a range of uses. Alex is really helpful and enthusiastic about the work they do at the Farmschool. Couldn't recommend enough.

Absolutely wonderful. We arrived at the farm school for some third-party training after a long journey from Jersey Channel Islands and spent three days there on our course. The two team members we met in our time there were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is superb, with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The school building itself is excellent; it has a v clean and modern feel while honouring and respecting the countryside location and this is reflected in the lovely pieces of artwork on the walls. The most impressive room is clearly the large country style kitchen. Little design touches really make the place; a window with frosted flying birds, soundproofing in the shape of many clouds made from sheeps wool and felt around the main large rooms downstairs etc. The food there was also top quality and well worth a mention. Absolutely delicious, using local ingredients where possible and largely kept to universal favourites with a few really lovely unusual bites (like the amazing crunchy nutty tasting bean crisps we were offered as a daily garnish in addition to the regular crisps!) And whoever did the daily baking really deserves an award! Large slabs of lemon drizzle, raspberry sponge and chocolate brownie! Caffeine was always available as were a wide selection of Twinings herbal teas. Fantastic location for a training course.
