        Tracey has been a pleasure to deal with so far. We were incredibly misled on property were shown by Julia. This has resulted in nearly 3 months of work and repairs to the property that were not anticipated. Not limited to the dangerous first floor landing. Cerys, the Director is proving to be unreasonably unresponsive. I would not recommend using them again.

        AVOID AVOID AVOID Dealing with Classic Sovereign is horrendous. While they are very polite when making a sale, when a problem is reported you get shouted at and accused of lying. No action is taken to fix things and the team literally talk over you.
