        Dont respond to emails and hard to get ahold of someone to speak to unless you go through the effort of going through Bupa.

        Superb treatment at this hospital from Mr Ieong (thats an I not an L) for a recurring problem on my ankle. NHS waiting times are about six months for this non-critical injury but it was adversely affecting my quality of life so I went private. The service is infinitely better than in the NHS. Would definitely recommend.

        thank you spire and all the staff who looked after me through my carpel tunnel op especialy DR shewring who couldnt do enough for me rooms were like 5 star hotel food was lovely ROY M

        Absolutely shocking service!!! After waiting 1 week to be contacted regarding an appointment, I had to call them to booka gynaecological appointment...4 days later the confirmation email stated "virtual appointment" So after almost 2 weeks of being in pain my wife has still been unable to see anybody!!!!!
