        Lovely experience in Harpendens Space NK this morning. The gentleman who greeted me was so polite and welcoming, gave me assistance with finding some new beautiful makeup in colours to suit me, taught me how to apply it (Im quite new to all this), all with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I left feeling like one of those elegant ladies you see in classy magazines, with my little bag of goodies and I will most definitely be back again.

        Went into here for the first time, first Lady with glasses who acknowledged me was polite and welcoming and told me about an offer they had going on. But as soon as my sister picked up an item to look at it the other woman working was rude and aggressively spoke to her. She was going to buy the item but instead we walked out.
