April 2022, finally says he cant find the ring.now April 2023 and my elderly mother is still waiting for this to be resolved. I fear she will be deceased before this is ever resolved. Please, Please be careful when you take a piece of jewelry in to be redesigned. We entrust jewelers with our sentimental items. I am so bitterly disappointed that this is still not resolved. The stress it has and continues to cause my mother is very upsetting. Tis the season to be jolly? Not for me.. Its now December 2022.. Loveweds LOST a deconstructed white gold dress ring with 16 diamonds belonging to my mother. This was in December 2021. A replacement ring was declined and she is still awaiting some form of compensation for the loss of the ring.. We are still waiting for this dispute to be resolved. I would give zero stars if I could

Finding our perfect wedding rings was such a fun and easy experience thanks to Mitch who made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable. Amazing service and experience. I cannot thank, Love Weds Harpenden jewellery shop enough. We just lost my husbands dad before Christmas and his mother lost her engagement ring many years ago. Mitch was able to transform my father in laws old wedding ring into what looked like my mother in laws engagement ring. He was also able to creat what was left over with the gold from the ring a pendant which was giving to his grand daughter. Both my mother in law and daughter was so overwhelmed, Love Weds Jewellery shop were amazing . They kept us informed throughout the process. The price was very fair and Mitch is very high in customer service. I can recommend this jewellery shop for everything bespoke and a great service , I will be returning to this trusted jewellery shop. Thank you Mitch
