website is a little clunky. Kept getting hit with the constant 10% off popup but even though I stuck my email in I never got the discount code, although I did receive it when I emailed them, which was nice. The book looks great. I bought the infinity wars one for son. Was disappointed it only places his name at the top of every page rather than truly incorporating his name in the actual text. It's not really an immersive experience, just a robot printing at the top of each page of a book. Unfortunately there were no other decent choices for children over 10. The text that appears on the front page is also limited so you can't properly personalise the book like you can with other companies. I made a spelling error and didn't note the red underline. I was just in a rush to pay. Little didnI know the setup is all by a bot and not checked by anyone human on the other end. Ended up.paying over 30 for a book with mandatory 6+ p&p for something with a spelling mistake on it. I get it was my mistake, but the least I expected was a little customer service. Maybe an option to reprint, even at a cost, but no. All I got was confirmation that it was my error and there was nothing they were willing to do to help. Pretty poor. Only reason I'm peeved is because I've done this in the past with another company (Wonderbly) when buying a book for my daughter. They contacted me and confirmed the correction so I didn't end up getting something printed incorrectly. Customer service was exceptional compared to what I just received, hence the two star review. Want my advice - use Wonderbly or another company.

Great concept but awful website. Slow, freezes.. lots of traffic.. impossible to ge through one page to the next.
