Faulty product. Dishonest company. Horrific courier. Buuyer beware. Far from 'Luxe' should be re-branded 'lame'. Wasted hours of my time & hundreds of pounds wasted. Bought a bell tent from them, it arrived in a totally mangled box with poles poking out of the material. Contacted them immediately to tell them & sent pictures. They apologised & offered 40 off which I did not accept as I just wanted a quality undamaged product not a tent with holes in. I asked to return it, they took ages to reply, then when they finally did reply, sent me a label on a Sunday evening for a collection by UPS the very next morning - they said they could not give me a time or even a rough idea so I had to stay in all day again, as I did the day it was delivered. The courier arrived to collect the faulty product but I had not been notified that the label had been sent by that point (the night before) who checks their Ebay account on a Sunday evening? I asked the courier to wait while I checked if a label had been sent & he said he'd come back in an hour. That was the last we saw of him. I then received an angry message from Luxe blaming me & stating she had paid for a collection twice & I had refused to accept the collection twice - absolutely untrue. I asked her to send me her email address so I could send her the proof from our Ring door bell that the Courier said they would return (video & audio evidence) - I did NOT refuse them, I asked them to wait while I established if the label had been sent, they said they'd come back so I said ok. They chose to leave without collecting the parcel & they stated they would come back to collect but did not. The seller was dishonest trying to get me to cover the cost of the fictional 'two attempts to collect' I have absolute video evidence with audio showing what the courier stated and that they NEVER returned. Now the Luxe has stated I need to lug the c.30kg tent to the post office & pay for the return of the FAULTY product myself they will not refund me for the cost. Even though I made her aware that I am disabled. Faulty product. Horrific service. Dishonest. 400 out of pocket & will have to pay 50 further because she refuses to meet her basic legal obligations.
