We first used these guys for a bespoke kitchen in 2001 when we were renovating an old farmhouse. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was incredible. Roland and Helen spent a lot of time discussing our needs to ensure the design worked for us. In 2009, when we converted an old barn into a dwelling we used them again, and again they came up trumps (Google The Barn, Field Rd, Kingston and you may find pics of the kitchen). In 2018 we refurbished the old farm house again and for a third time they delivered a great design which works perfectly for our needs (which have changed now the kids have left home), and again the craftsmanship and finish cannot be faulted. I know you can buy cheaper kitchens, which may not last so long, but if you want a quality kitchen designed and fitted by quality craftsman you have to pay a bit more. Finally, I know we are all different but one of the reviews seems a bit negative and questions customers service. I can honestly say that we worked closely with Tagg Furniture for a total period of about 9 months during our 3 projects and they were always polite, friendly, responsive and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Overpriced and terrible customer service. They are only happy to take your money. Once the work is done they have no sense of customer service and are rude and unhelpful. In the current competitive market this poor level of customer service is simply unacceptable.
