Been working in batford and have used this chip shop 3 times now and cant fault Absolutely amazing food and staff are so polite and up for a chat would recommend this place to everyone who lives in the village or around

The food here was amazing... Fresh and tasty... The shop is very clean and inviting... This is not in my area but i wish it was.. It's my treat when I pass through the area. Well worth stopping by or diverting to if close by... Very pleased every time

I really really think this place is Underrated. Great big bits of cod and they have no trouble doing it skinless for me. Portion of Chips are huge. After prices go up I just get a small cod, I never eat it all anyway. And as a small business owner, I cant imagine how difficult it is to run a place like this. They have little tables outside now. Staff turn over is quite big, but everyone are always nice and not like Godfreys where the manger literally treat his staff like dirt in front of everyone . I prefer it anyway over the pretentious overpriced Godfreys in town. Where I had a few really bad meals lately. This is my local. Keep up the good work Parking: Much easier then parking in town

Drove to shop ordered a veggie halloumi burger,half chips,2sausage, curry sauce bill 18.70..drove back open halloumi veggie burger and it contains meat..called shop the guy refused to refund said throw away etc I drove back he was rude, unprofessional, refused to replace the burger with a vegetarian one...a customer in our shop said they always do this always...he told me to throw burger in bin and found it funny ...never order vegetarian from this unprofessional down right rude shop ...Bern informed it is a common you do this as other customers have confirmed you repeatedly make errors like this..No customer service ...none..rude man
