        Done my blood test, appointment with the GP to discuss in 12 days... I ask access to my blood tests / medical records (so I can take them to a private GP), the answer is no. They have no idea of people's legal rights and you're left to deal with some of the receptionists that are dismissive and rude.

        I would like to share my experience of the excellent care provided to me at my doctors surgery, not only by my wonderful GP Hayley Kirsop, who always has time for me and is a very caring and dedicated doctor but also the receptionists who are always very hardworking and helpful, especially Jo. Im very lucky to belong to Davenport House Surgery for the last 16 years and have always been well looked after. Thank you.

        Was pleasantly surprised to get the choice of a phone or a face to face appt with the gp of my choice on the day of calling. I chose the latter. Receptionists were helpful and polite. GP was excellent, listening, discussing best options and not making the appointment feel rushed. Great service

        Always difficult to get through on the phone but once a telephone appointment is made and the doctor feels you need to have a face to face they are very efficient
