I am rewriting a previous poor review. I arrived for a 20 minute appointment, and was told that they were running at least 10 mins late. As I had to make another appointment after this I asked if I could reschedule and was told that I would still have to pay for this appointment. Reception were very firm that this was the case, so I reckoned I might as well fill the time waiting writing my first review and see if I could use as much of my paid-for time as I could. In the end, I was called in for my appointment 16 mins late, and asked for whatever they could do for me in 4 minutes... and of course the hygeneist and nurse both said "Sorry we are running late- of course we will reschedule your appointment" - absolutely lovely! So- I am very happy in the end, and would recommend this practice to a friend.

Small parking bays close by on road. I'd not large car park behind co op to park. Staff are friendly and helpful. I do recommend booking in advance for dental check up. For example.. children 6 month checks. As appointment book up quickly. They have Toilets. The stairs are very steep going up to the rooms. Clean waiting room with seating

Exceptional as I had an urgent appointment 1 hour 30min after phoning the surgery. Then in less than 30mins after arriving at the surgery I had a painful broken tooth extracted and was on my way home in minimal discomfort. The Dentist who treated me was excellent in both treatment & advice
