        I have just been into Harpenden Post Office/ WH Smith. I wanted to collect a parcel that should have been delivered to my home. The woman behind the counter asked for ID. I had left the house in a hurry and I had forgotten to bring some. I showed her my bank card but I had forgotten that it had my maiden name on it and the parcel had my married name. The woman was so rude and patronising I was quite shocked. When I asked her to stop being so rude and patronising, since I was dealing with a bereavement and wasnt quite on the ball, she just shrugged and said,Im sorry you feel that way, She was so rude and bad mannered. No condolences and really did not give a xxxxxx. Not what I would expect from Royal Mail staff and I live in London. Very aggressive and rough. Id fire her if she worked for me. She needs training. Short hair, glasses and over weight. Avoid
