        Just tried using the pay point and the lady hasn't put the credit on my electricity, I went back tried explaining and still got nothing more than a shrug of shoulders. When your balance is up that 66 in three working days can you contact me as I feel I've been conned. Took a while to sort out but Kirsty in Customer Service helped massively thank you
