I wish I could leave 0 starts because thats what this man deserves. Never have I been asked if I understand English in such an insulting way. What an angry little man he is.

If you want to drop off a parcel then avoid like the plague. Turned away on three separate occasions due to lack of space. Surely they should not be allowed to provide this service if they cannot fulfil the basic obligation of having enough space to store parcels.
