Caff Nero coffee is my favourite coffee of the chain coffee brands. Love the coffee! Love the cakes! Lots of choices for food. Appreciate the rewards program because they do not go out of date. Just a nice relaxed, comfortable ambiance here in the Harpenden branch. Good, friendly, prompt service. Bright coffee shop with windows which let in a lot of light. Got a good busy coffee shop buzz going. Could do with improvements in tidiness though thank you.
