Be Kind Hypnobirthing - with Carys Worsdale.

I would recommend to anyone to work with Carys for their pregnancy and birth. She has been so supportive, present, kind and protective with us, I can't thank her enough. After a first very traumatic birth experience, getting the help of a doula was vital for our second baby and we couldn't have picked up a better person than Carys. She is full of knowledge, and know how to guide people in making the choices and decisions they need. She helped me immensely in accepting to have an abdominal birth and she was there with me until the very last moment. Despite all the anxiety issues, my second birth was definitely a positive experience and that is thanks to Carys :)

Carys was really informative about all parts of the course. She gave the group time to chat informally about each person's personal feelings/circumstances and it felt like a lovely safe space to share. My husband and I have come away feeling like we can prepare for the birth of our 2nd in a more calm and relaxed way by working as a team :) Thanks Carys x

Carys course and support was invaluable for me and my partner. I couldnt recommend it enough. The advice and techniques we learnt helped my pregnancy and birth so so much. Even though on paper my birth was complicated I found it the most amazing experience ever and I believe the techniques I was taught and practised helped make it so. Highly recommend :)

Carys is simply wonderful! After a rough ride with my first sons birth, I was feeling nervous being pregnant again and what was ahead of us. Its so hard to put a negative experience behind you, but Carys put us at ease, offered unreserved support and made me feel excited and empowered for the birth of our second son. What a contrast to the first! We had a quick and beautiful home water birth in record time, everything we dreamt of. Carys helped to develop those positive affirmations, feelings and thoughts that meant we were in the best position and mindset possible when the time came. People invest in so many things to improve/look after themselves, from fitness and dieting, to spas and beauty etc; Why wouldnt you invest in having the most brilliant support ahead of brining life into the world. Carys you are a beautiful person and helped us have our dream birth!
