Matthew conducted a Level 3 building survey and he provided a brilliant service. He was very efficient arranging the survey and fitting it in before the Christmas holidays, providing us with the report the following day. Matthew produced a comprehensive report which was easy to follow and he talked through all our questions on a phone call. We highly recommend Matthew.

Couldnt have expected more: Matt worked over a weekend to get our report ready quickly, reached out to arrange to talk us thoroughly through the findings in more detail, and also took further follow up questions at short notice without hesitation. Highly recommend.

I can unreservedly recommend MB Surveyors. Matt of course brings many years of experience to the role, but the real difference I believe is in how he deals with people. His advice is clear cut, accurate and insightful. He works very well cooperatively with other surveyors when required on things like Party Wall Agreements, smoothing over areas that could be problematic. Highly recommended, and very easy to deal with. I'm happy to be used as a specific reference point for MB Surveyors.
