I was lucky to meet Martin shortly after being promoted to Managing Director of Kane International. Martin kindly offered his services for free through the Hertfordshire Growth Hub as part of the mentoring scheme to assist companies which are struggling due to the Covid-19 emergency. We were assigned to him and we quickly got down to work through telephone calls and Zoom meetings. We found these sessions with Martin very helpful to help clarify the important issues facing us, and helping us to focus on factors within our control. It was rather like a business health check and gave us hope that we continue to move forward in the right direction.
