Hit and miss. I've used this company twice for ordering bike components. The first time they dispatched the order and it took around 5 days to be delivered, the second time around the order was marked as dipatched but 5 days later I still hadn't received it so I contacted the company. They responded the following day sayig they didn't actually have it in stock but it would be 'sent shortly' despite them saying it had been posted almost a week ago. With this in mind I asked for a refund and 2 days later the money was back in my account.

The absoulete worst, most awkward and plainly annoying bike shop I have had ever had the displeasure of using. Not only did they keep the item but also the money, despite untold emails and phone calls to an ever present answer machine , I had to resort to paypal to step in to force a refund. Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere and save the headaches, prices are extortionate anyhow. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
