        I called in advance and they told me go any time imbetween 9:30 and 16:30 and they told me that they couldnt have me speak to a banker after 14:00 wth are they doing for two hours??? Not to mention I only had to come here because my local branch was closed which they didnt tell me when I was calling so I wasted my afternoon then aswell

        It is almost has if Barclays grants you a front row seat to watch chairs Re-arranged on the Titanic before it sinks. Here for one hour already with little to show for it. Customer in front of me, same experience.

        On the rare occasion you are forced to queue for the desk, you will be standing there for 3 days. Woefully slow service
