I am really disappointed with the service, it has happened to us twice now in the last couple of months that staff was incredibly rude. We have wrote in a private complaint last time but I feel like Simmons really need to spend more focus on customer service training. Its a shame as we like their cakes but when you are being judged and eyes rolled it doesnt leave a good taste especially as the cakes are expensive and its a treat you dont want your day to me soured by experience

Lovely bakery, staff are friendly and polite. Becoming a bit pricey now though. Parking bays outfront and car park out back of shop. Seating outside
