        I have been attending Kats yoga class for the last year, I really enjoy the class and always feel super relaxed and have a better sleep after her class, Kat is a good teacher and I would highly recommend her class

        As a complete beginner to yoga, this class was perfect for me. Kats class was very relaxing and the perfect blend of unwinding and stretching. Kat gave options throughout for beginners or more advanced and talked us through each move. I left feeling really clear headed and energised and had such a good sleep the night after my class. I will definitely be back for more classes.
