I have always found this branch of Enterprise Car Hire very professional in their dealing with customers. The front-desk personnel are friendly, courteous and very helpful in advising the best option for your needs. The vehicles are presented immaculately and, with the technology different in vehicles, the staff are only too pleased to guide you through the many options. This is very useful to me as I do not hire as many cars as I used to. If possible, they will deliver the car to you and collect at the end of the rental. My career required car hires around the world and, for many years, benefitted from upgrades, etc available to frequent travellers. As such, because of local availability around the world, I enjoyed top grade with all the major car hire companies. Overall, I would rank Enterprise highly and I'm always pleased to recommend this particular outlet. Although Stansted airport is close by with its choice of car rental companies, the convenience of having a reliable company virtually on my doorstep, today makes them my number 1 choice. The only negative that I can see is the way in which they comment on customer negative comments. For anyone looking, it is obviously a template reply. For instance, someone brought the company's attention to one of its van being driven dangerously - the bog standard reply was "We would like to look into this. Please provide details of your rental agreement, etc...". THERE WAS NO RENTAL AGREEMENT!!!!! The person was reporting one of their vehicles being driven dangerously. Instead of saying "Thank you" the automated reply looks very stupid from a public relations point of view. A minor point but the gesture should have been appreciated. I look forward to the automated reply to my review. If it does, then I will edit this review and take off one star for being so disingenuous to customers.

Could off least offered customers a drink while waiting an offer would have been nice even if your there 1 minute or 1 hour

Hiring a van from Enterprise Harlow was a very pleasant experience, with the whole team being polite, professional but fun. Vlad did an excellent but don't tell him I said so lol.
