I really want to share my experience of using Quality Cars with everyone. I think its important to leave such reviews, especially car dealers because theres so many dodgy ones out there. From the offset, even with the first call to Quality Cars I was impressed with Richs customer service. As someone who runs their own business too and realises its all about customers and especially their feedback, I understand how important customer service is. I cannot speak highly enough of Rich and his son (whos name I have forgot, I do apologise). They work perfectly as a team, offering nothing but first class hospitality and customer service. Unfortunately the car I bought from the guys was not as expected, not fault of their own I will add. I will make this clear, they dealt with the issue immediately and without question. They sorted out and rectified any problems or concerns I had with the car and didnt even grumble about it. In the end we had to cancel the car finance and they refunded my deposit the very same day I returned the car and also within the same day sorted out the finance to ensure I wasnt liable for anything. They could have easily let this be my problem. And they could have gone about things a completely different way, but they didnt. The thing I like the most about Rich is hes very old skool, and thats quality thats hard to find these days. Okay, so unfortunately they didnt manage to provide me with the perfect car this time, but I am checking their website occasionally and hoping something else comes up that I can buy from them. I would go out of my way to make sure I buy from them again when seeking another vehicle. I really think theyre genuine guys and thats very hard to come by these days.
