Today incident at the store Online delivery preparation staff need more knowledge about how to handle delivery and riders most of staff dont care about job and others dignitaries. They are never check the order number for riders they give it to them wrong number and wrong rider then argue with other correct riders handling very very rude they dont realise the mistake and shift manager also support them blame the collection drivers please take an action for the Asda high level management .
