not great !after installing all my word documents are locked saying not a licensed product. Raised a complaint no body has bothered to respond

The experience was TERRIBLE I couldnt load on and the man on the phone was really bad these people have no customer service sense if I had that choice again I WOULDNT shop at this company

Brilliant service. Highly recommend them. I manage an office and have bought several Microsoft Office packages from them (via Living Social) over the past few months. The most recent one had an issue with activating, so I emailed them and got a response within about an hour (with clear instructions of what to do). I followed the instructions & then they sent me a code to enter (to activate the software) and it worked perfectly I always judge a company by its aftersales service and in this case, I was really impressed with how efficient & helpful they were when a problem occurred. That's what prompted me to leave this review. Will defo buy from them again TRUSTED SELLER

Cant reccomend enough, I had some issues and their customer service was second to none, quickphone call, made the whole experience a breeze, I can't fault them at all, thanks again!
