Equilibre Reflexology Therapies

I started attending the reflexology sessions with Suzanne following a diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia, where I was experiencing increasing levels of pain on the sides of my face. Having now had 3 sessions of reflexology with Suzanne, I have found the pain to be massively reduced, almost alleviating the symptoms of my diagnosis altogether. From my initial session, I felt as though Suzanne took the time to listen, ensuring she understood my diagnosis to be able to offer me treatment in the best way possible. As a reflexologist, I have found her to be incredibly empathetic and compassionate, especially in regards to the pain I experience, and felt as though I was in incredibly safe, knowledgeable hands. Although a low level of pain has returned, I feel as though Suzanne has enabled me to continue on with my healing journey in a holistic way, improving my quality of life and general day to day comfort. I look forward to continuing my treatments with Suzanne, and as someone experiencing chronic pain, I cannot recommend reflexology sessions as part of your healing journey enough.

I first used Equilibre 5 years ago when I was in agonising pain in my neck and down my arm my gp prescribed me horrible tramadol and cocodomal pain killers for a couple of months, after I had a reflexology treatment with Suzanne I no longer had the pain or required to be on painkillers, I can't recommend her treatments enough. Recently I suffered with plantis faciatus that was so painful, one treatment of reflexology was amazing and relieved the sickening pain I had, I have been a regular customer over the years and found Suzanne can actually work magic with her hands!!!

From our first conversation to walking in to this lovely space I was made to feel very much at ease. Suzanne is very knowledgeable and professional. Another amazing treatment from Suzanne, my reflexology left me so relaxed and was able to completely switch off, something that is much needed in my lifestyle routine, I slept well and the chilled feeling continued today, also my bowel movement was relaxed after my treatment, something I can struggle with whenever I'm feeling stressed, can't recommend Equilibre treatments enough, thank you
