This is completely useless property managing company.None of their values and promises are happening in reality. Their communication for the money we pay is to send letters about the items left in hallways. Their investments are insignificant.They send letters years ago about having buggies and bikes in hallways, they never thought they might need to support them with a storage area, while other management companies around the area did. In this covid19 time they don't think the spaces inside the flats need for kids, they make the people's life more difficult. The cleaning person signs the paper, but rarely clean the hallways, not even during this pandemic situation when the hygiene would be priority. They hire a window cleaner who is paid only to water the windows from outside. No matter you just cleaned your windows, you can start it again as the water is not pulled off living horrible droppmarks on windows. Same time during years they never thought this property might need some support to get finally double glazed windows. The property has 3mm single glass windows with horrible isolation making all the flat mould every winter. Other property management companies are looking for government support, tenders, offers and make the living people life better. This company didn't do anything. They painted the windows from outside after so many year. And changed the carpet in hallway, but they were not even able to purchase everything in 1 colour. It looks like something cheep solution. They don't invest in fire alarm in hallway as not required by government, however they know there are people who are smoking in hallways. Their jobs is not making the live in people's life better, but complicated. The list is long though: in front of the flats there are wood fence kinda something, but wasn't treated years ago, is broken, some of the bushes are died, need exchanges. But seams this is not part of their management jobs.
