        very bad customer service, the office is closed during working hours, it is not open as stated on the website. It's very bad for customers if someone lives further away and drives here on purpose. Older women from the service are not very helpful, sometimes even not nice, I don't like this place

        Rude service. Everything always seems to be too much effort for them no matter what I need to send or when I go in. Often closes early or opens late too, so have the use my lunch break to make sure I can send my items out. If it weren't for the fact I don't drive and rarely go into town I would never use them.

        I needed to send something special delivery and they didn't even have an envelope for something like that. They told me that she won't have three days . I had to go to town, waste time, pay for parking again. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this place.
