        Had extremely unpleasant experience yesterday at Max Spielmann Asda, Harlow. I was aiming to print a few family pictures at instant kiosks. As usual I did followed screen instructions when the screen represented a error and requested to close the program. And that's what I did, as expected it will be restarted as all the programs does. But then suddenly I got shouted by staff member with accusations and complains, that she doesn't go to my house and not closing any programs. I was pure in shock and did not find any words how to describe the behaviour of her. After she restarted the program it did worked perfectly. But I would never again be back in this store and do not recommend for you.

        Efficient, Quick customer service! Compliment to curly hair sales assistant who was accommodating, bubbly, chatty and her lovely approach will make me come back for more printing! :)
