        Absolutely not recommended as I brought my doggy in for a haircut and we said we would like to have her short cut even the Tail, Face and Ears so we left her and when we came back and paid without seeing our dog it was just horrible to look at her as the Groomer decided to keep her fur long in the Face, Tail and Ears to balance it out I was fuming do as you told not what you decide now I have to go back to the Stow and get her properly done Never again at that place

        I recently took my dog to the groom room. The girl was quite rude and unpleasant. When I picked him up he kept scratching himself. Later on I noticed he was bleeding on his backside. She had shaved his bum. He was shaking a lot and wouldnt eat at all. I took him to the vet the next day and told them what happened. No reaction from the vet. He was put on steroids which cost me a further 65 pounds. He was so traumatised I would never go back there again.

        Avoid this place at all costs now. All good people have left, a booking means nothing they will just cancel and standard has gone majorly downhill. Will never return
